The operations performed with nasal cartilaginous structure to correct the deformities of the nasal tip without any interventions to the nasal bone called as tip rhinoplasty or tipplasty.  In these operations, mostly open technique is preferred. With tip rhinoplasty surgery, it is possible to correct dropped nasal tip, reduce asymmetries, narrow the nostrils, clarify nasal tip or correct cartilage angulation that narrows the nasal access.

Because of no intervention to nasal bone during the surgery, swelling or bruising around the eyes after the surgery are not seen. Just one-week bandage application is sufficient on the nose. After that the patients can return to normal daily life.
