The important point in nasal turbinate surgery is not to damage the healthy mucosa. Turbinate reduction should be provided by working on the tissue and bone which under the membrane. For this purpose, we use a high-tech device called shaver. The device can reduce turbinate and bone volume. The technique give us the opportunity of nasal turbinate reduction without mucous membrane damage. Eventually, nasal functions can be preserved and nasal obstruction is eliminated.
